Lots of raw beans lined up! ! ! It seems that they are classifying them according to the strength of acidity. The roasting will be done on the spot, so please wait at least 20 minutes after ordering. Please note that the weight is expressed in terms of the number of grams of raw beans and the amount, so the weight will be lighter after roasting. Apparently there was a period when tasting was not possible due to corona measures, but as of October 3, 2020, I was able to have a drink (^^) I wonder if it's the scent of raw beans, but it had a coffee scent that was different from the typical roasted aroma.
