I only know the seats on the first floor, but there were already two groups of customers. There was one male staff member in the kitchen and one female staff member in the hall. I was looking at Instagram and was confused by all the delicious-looking menus, but I wondered what a shortcake with shaved ice would be like since it was so cute. I was curious and ordered the premium ice strawberry and pistachio shortcake bear. It took less than 10 minutes as I was anxiously waiting, and a male staff member greeted me with a kind voice and a smile, and brought out Kuma-chan dressed up in strawberries and yellow flowers! It's so cute! ! I exclaimed (lol) I asked him to eat from the langue de chat in his ear, and copied Kuma-chan's face...I was impressed by the extremely rich strawberry sauce shaved ice! I love strawberries! Then he started eating the inside of Kuma-chan's left ear. Then from inside there is sponge, strawberries and cream! Is this what shortcake is? I was surprised, convinced, and smiled at how delicious it was. The next thing I ate was the strawberry on top! This one is sweet, big, and super delicious! Are the kettle-shaped cookies matcha? Sorry I don't have a good sense of taste (lol) I think it's probably matcha, but it was also crispy and delicious! The nose part was made of vanilla ice cream! The heart-shaped shapes drawn with pistachio cream from the cheeks to the back are also rich in cream and pistachio! That's what it felt like! And above all, fluffy ice! It was fluffy and delicious until the end! It's shaved ice, but it also has a shortcake element to it, so it's really filling! There were so many other menu items I wanted to try, so I decided to come back! The female staff members were calm and cute with lovely smiles, and the male staff members were also kind and easy-going, so we had a wonderful time. Thank you for the meal*
