Champon is a classic hot water soup that is very delicious...not too salty, and it doesn't taste like pepper either. If you want something more exciting, you might want to customize it with tabletop seasonings! I'm good enough as is. Maybe the amount of noodles is a little less? But it's so satisfying because it's full of vegetables! I can see why the fried rice is highly praised. It's simple with eggs and shrimp, but it's crunchy and delicious. I had no idea that the sub-fried rice was so delicious lol Apparently it also operates as an izakaya at night, so I'd like to visit it again!
