Seaweed udon is nice.

I went there for the first time as a family of three with high expectations after seeing the photos, reviews, and TikTok. I added chicken tempura udon set meal + one sauce cutlet. As the name of the restaurant suggests, the bonito flavor was good, the noodles were thick and smooth, and the chicken tempura was hot and crispy, and it was even more delicious than I expected. It was a good idea to get extra sauce. Looks like I'll be going there from now on.

It's not a restaurant I visit often, but when I go nearby for business, I find myself craving for it. It's popular at first, so be prepared to wait in line for 30 minutes to an hour. So I recommend it when you have time. This time, I arrived at 12:30 noon on a weekday Tuesday, and my turn came at 1:10 p.m. As other people have written in their reviews, you will be given a summoner (one that beeps) at the food court, so you can wait in your car. I ordered "Sauce cutlet small udon set meal (2 pieces of sauce cutlet) 1,400 yen". I waited while snacking on the free tsubozuke from the time I ordered until it was delivered. As you can see in the photo, the food is voluminous and very satisfying. In particular, when you bite into the pork cutlet in the sauce katsu bowl, the meat juices ooze out from the cross section. The friedness is perfect and the meat is quite thick, but the meat is very soft and easy to eat. The udon is wakame udon (small), and the noodles are thick and chewy, and the soup mixes well, making it delicious. Opinions vary as to the thickness of the soup stock, but I found it to be just the right thickness and finished the whole thing. When reading reviews, I often see people mentioning long waiting times and high prices. I think that's really true. However, even if you have to wait a long time and it's a little expensive, it's still worth it, so please come and visit us.
