Small but nice udon and soba restaruant! The udon is handmade and has a nice springy texture, while the soba is likewise boiled just right. The dashi is also delicious! Not too expensive for what you get either, recommended!

The noodles and soup stock are delicious! Since it's Osaka, I thought the udon noodles would be soft, so I thought I'd just enjoy the soup stock, but that was a big mistake...I'm very sorry. The noodles have a firm texture, and the dashi stock has just the right amount of salt and umami. Locals may know it well, but it may be difficult for those who come from outside on a business trip to find it. I think ``Mendokoro Mori'' is a hidden gem. The owner seems to be a friendly person, and I felt that it was a friendly shop. This time I had the Kitsune Udon (large serving), but they also have soba and rice bowl dishes, so I'd like to order that next time I visit.
