Surprisingly delicious

Dashi soup is more delicious than anything. The tempura is also delicious, using vegetables from Kagawa Prefecture. The shiitake mushrooms were very tasty this time.

Udon is chewy and really delicious. Do you tend to lose elasticity in the second half of peak hours?
