This restaurant is located on a steep slope and serves delicious Akashiyaki. Akashiyaki has a nice egg flavor and is soft and delicious. I'm surprised that it's better than the Akashiyaki restaurants I've been to in Akashi City. Number one is soup. The clear, colorless soup is based on kelp soup stock, which is soothingly light, but the soup stock has just the right thickness, so it goes well with Akashiyaki. It's so delicious. Definitely a repeat.
