There are many takoyaki menus, and you can buy as little as 2 pieces, and you can also eat them inside the store. In addition to takoyaki, they also have drinks, tapioca, and soft serve ice cream. Kishi Station has PL Gakuen and Osaka University of Arts nearby, so I get the impression that most of its customers are students. I highly recommend it as it is very friendly and comfortable.
