I was first asked how many takoyaki I would like to order, and once the takoyaki was cooked, I was asked what kind of sauce and toppings to choose. There is a sweet and sour sauce and I ordered it. Freshly grilled takoyaki and sweet vinegar go well together.

A takoyaki shop that I opened when I was a high school student. This is the only place I know of that has sweet and sour takoyaki. You can create your favorite flavor with four types of toppings: sauce, ponzu sauce, sweet and sour red bean paste, and salt, as well as green onions, green nori, mayonnaise, cheese, and shichimi. The takoyaki base is delicious, so anything you do with it is delicious, but I like the ponzu green onion shichimi and the sweet and sour sauce. Sauce mayo green nori cheese is also classic. A store that has been in business for 20 years in a competitive area is not just a store.
