It was the most delicious cutlet I have ever eaten. The grated cutlet is crisp and fluffy and disappears quickly. Even though it was a cutlet, I didn't feel heavy after eating it.

The rice is also wonderful, with a skillful way to cook the food.

We had a daily lunch. Even though it was pork cutlet, it was light and delicious.
