More Comments at Google MapHand downs, this is by far the best Tonkatsu place I've ever had! The best means the quality of food and price combination. The quality of their food is top notch. Pretty fresh and clean authentic Japanese Tonkatsu restaurant. Service is fantastic and very friendly. It's like a show to see the chef to cook. We can't speak Japanese (We are from Taiwan and US), but we still enjoy the food and service every bit. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants authentic, and quality food. Can't wait to go back when I visit Osaka again.
I came here looking for Nannu pork rib roast! My mother shared the Yoshiju pork fillet, and the two of us shared the minced cutlet and chicken fillet cutlet. The lean meat of Nannu pork is said to be tight, but it is not dry at all, and is juicy and flavorful. I still thought it was soft, but compared to TOKYO X, which was in the same price range, I thought the meat was definitely firmer. The fatty meat will melt instantly as soon as you put it in your mouth! The sweet and delicious fat is not at all bitter! It was extremely delicious! ! It is said that a lot of attention is paid to the batter, so if you eat it as is without adding anything, you can really appreciate the deliciousness of the batter and the deliciousness of the meat. There were sauces and mustard sauces, but eating them with salt brought out the flavor of the meat and was the most delicious. I was surprised at how soft the Yoshiju pork fillet was! ! It was the most tender fillet cutlet I've ever eaten! I was surprised when I heard that it wasn't cooked at a low temperature. I was impressed that they were very particular about their cooking methods. The minced meat cutlet was also juicy, and I was surprised by the hasami cutlet. I knew from word of mouth that the chicken fillet cutlet was also popular, but to be honest, I don't like chicken fillet because it's so dry, so I thought it would be a good idea, but since it was recommended to me, I decided to try it. I was surprised when I ate it! I was shocked at how soft it was! I can't believe it's chicken breast! ! All of them were delicious, but the best one was definitely the Nannu pork (о´∀`о) I took care of it until the last piece. It was so delicious!
It came up as a recommendation from someone I follow on Google Maps, so I made a reservation and went. It is located a little outside the Senbayashi shopping district and is easily accessible by train, but it is a little difficult to get there by car, so be careful. The shop itself was small with only 7 seats at the counter, but it was very tasteful and clean. I ordered the TOKYO X loin cutlet set meal and my wife ordered today's fillet cutlet. The pork loin cutlet was fried perfectly, the inside was rare, and it was very juicy, with a great sweetness from the pork. The fillet cutlet was also very soft and sweet, making it the best fillet cutlet. I also ordered the chicken fillet cutlet as recommended by the owner, and when I tried it, I was surprised at how fluffy and melty it was, and it was the most delicious and best cutlet I've ever had. The owner and his wife were very friendly and it was truly the best tonkatsu restaurant.
