This place had amazing Tonkatsu! Lots of other items on the menu like shrimp as well but the main thing is the Tonkatsu. Sitting is first-come-first-serve and once you are sat, they'll bring you a menu. It was an older gentleman who serves you while the chef is cooking away at the back. The wait is minimal once you place the order and everything is so fresh and the meat is succulent and crispy. You get a few dipping sauces including a yuzu infused oil and soy. Also vinegar, spicy Tonkatsu sauce and the dressing for the salad. You take turns eating the Tonkatsu, Miso Soup and Salad. Always start with the middle Tonkatsu piece! I personally loved the spicy dipping sauce. I tried the Limited edition menu item, Tokyo X which is a different type of Pork apparently. Did not disappoint and I'll be back!
