We ate here today and it was really good. Even if you don't speak much Japanese it was really easy to navigate. The order can be placed on a computer screen and it has options for English. We ordered the cheese in hamburger with fries and fried chicken and a cute cat robot delivered our food. Would recommend!

All restaurants will be crowded during Golden Week, The place was empty, so I was able to enjoy my meal in peace. I think the atmosphere is good too.

I use it often. Recently, we have introduced a cat robot to serve meals and self-checkout, and I personally like self-service, so I am very grateful. The store clerk is also very polite and has a good impression. However, although I think it is an operational problem, I think the UI of the order touch panel was easier to understand before. I've gotten used to it now, but I think it's a little confusing for first-timers. Also, the acrylic board is meaningless and a nuisance, so it would be helpful if you could eliminate it. (Because the number of family restaurants that are already lost is increasing)
