Rich pork bone ramen (family). The thick and rich soup is delicious with the noodles. You can choose thick/thin noodles, firmness of noodles, strength of flavor, and amount of fat. You can also enjoy changing the taste with tabletop toppings. I'm glad that the rice bar is free until 14:00.

A nearby ramen shop that suddenly makes you want to eat it. It's usually empty, so it's easy to go alone. In the new menu (?), there are more items called "Iekei Jiro Ramen"! It's a delight for those who love toppings, and the volume and taste are perfect. More fun♪

I always eat the half-chan ramen set. You can choose thick or thin noodles, and there are many options such as noodle hardness and soy sauce or salt, so you can try various combinations. The base is pork bone. Is delicious. It's always on the counter, but there are cucumbers, grated garlic, and shredded ginger, and my favorite is shredded ginger. If you put it in ramen and eat it with noodles, it will be amazingly delicious. Currently, I work in Kishiwada, so there are many ramen shops up to my home in Wakayama.
