More Comments at Google MapIt feels like pork bone ramen that can only be tasted here! Was it replaced? Before, I liked the feeling of working hard made by a stubborn uncle. 2023.5.28 I visited for the first time in eight years. Tonkotsu ramen has been addicting since I first ate it when I was a university student. It's completely different from the pork bone ramen you eat at other stores. And I'm glad that my uncle is doing well (laughs) I don't have a lot of opportunities to come here, but when I'm nearby, I definitely want to stop by.
This year is 2023, but I remember that Chinryuken has been in business for over 38 years, at least in 1985 when Hanshin T became the best in Japan. The taste hasn't changed since then, and all I can say is that the plain pork bones are amazing! I definitely want to eat it once a month! It's the best among the many ramen shops.
It is a valuable shop where you can have the best Kitakyushu ramen in Kansai. The thickness of the noodles is exactly the same as the ones I used to eat from Yawata to Kurosaki in the past. Not only is it delicious, but the roast pork, which has a simple and powerful taste, is the same as it was at the time, and I am even impressed. Even in the home of Kitakyushu, the number of old-fashioned delicious restaurants is decreasing year by year, so I think it is a very valuable restaurant.
