More Comments at Google MapToday's lunch was at Tamatsukuri Tsukemen Hirano. It was a lunch to support a restaurant that is still open despite the coronavirus pandemic. I had ``Mazesoha'' at ``Tsukemen Hirano,'' a tsukemen and mazesoba restaurant that opened in 2021 in the place where ``Higashine Kinsei'' used to be, right next to Tamatsukuri Station on the JR Loop Line. It came with an extra meal. This was my first visit to Tsukemen Hirano. Now, The "Mazesoba" here is The noodles are very thick and chewy. On top of the noodles, there was spicy ground meat in the middle, surrounded by finely cut chives, diced thick menma, chopped nori, and small pieces of white onion, and on top of the ground meat was an egg yolk. The sauce was a soy sauce with a strong seafood flavor, which was quite average. I mixed it well before serving. That's what I thought after taking a bite. This ``Mazesoba'' was very similar to the ``Taiwanese Mazesoba'' called ``National Tax Bureau Boogie'' that I had previously at ``Tsukemen Suzume Tenmabashi Branch'' in Tenmabashi! So I looked into it, ``Tsukemen Hirano'' seems to be run by the same person who founded ``Tsukemen Suzume'' Amemura main branch. ``Abura Soba Mazesoba Roman'' in Morinomiya and ``Tsukemen Rocky'', which opened on the site of ``Tsukemen Suzume Tenmabashi Store'' in Temmabashi, are also affiliated stores. That makes sense. The ``Mazesoba'', which was spicy and had a strong seafood flavor, was very good, just like the ``National Tax Bureau Boogie''. The side meal was very filling and I was full. Mazesoba was really delicious~~~~
Ordered salted tsukemen (250g) We went on a Sunday around 7pm, and we were still the only customers. I get the impression that they came one after another after a while. I had the image of tsukemen being a thick, thick soup, so the salty soup was a surprise, and it was very refreshing and delicious! I also tried the rich tsukemen that my companion had, but I personally preferred the salted tsukemen. Contrary to the refreshing soup, the noodles were heavy and voluminous. For me, as a woman, it was more than just the right amount of pain. Finally, I added the split soup and drank the soup, and the split soup had a very strong yuzu flavor. I think it's good for people like me who like yuzu, but if you don't like yuzu, it might be better to refrain from it 🙂
Entered the store around 11 o'clock on a holiday. We already have 5 customers. A few minutes after I entered, I was waiting outside. "Specially made spicy tsukemen" 1420 yen 2 spicy "Large serving of noodles" 100 yen It's a very classy price. The smooth and thick noodles are visually beautiful. First, just eat the noodles. It's chewy and chewy and has a great texture. Next, dive the noodles into the dipping sauce. The spiciness that comes later in the richness. As I continued to eat, I began to sweat. I thought it would be a lot, but I finished it in no time. The best spicy tsukemen you'll want to eat once in a while. Thank you for the meal.
