Osaka, Japan｜Horie-ramen Menchu

Light refreshing chicken broth yuzu salt ramen with char siu (the pork had a great charred taste). I loved the citrus flavour, it would be perfect for summer. The staff were very polite and helpful too. Perfect 11pm ramen treat.

On our first full night in Japan, this shop took care of all 8 of us in a timely manner. Char siu, broth, and noodles were great, really raised the bar on my expectations for the rest of the trip
