The taste of Sugakiya that I ate for the first time in five and a half years was so nostalgic that many people must have felt like crying. Sugakiya is the soul food of Aichi Prefecture. There are many Sugakiya stores in the Tokai region, but it is not popular in Osaka, so there are not many Sugakiya stores. However, it is unusual and has existed at Fujiidera Aeon for a long time. Sugakiya is a popular ramen restaurant that every local has tried before. I remember that there were two stores, one in the basement and one on the first floor. Before the new Aeon opens Apparently, there were many requests for Sugakiya, which was loved by locals, to re-open. I also went to eat as soon as it opened (lol) One episode from that time. There were two parents sitting in the seat next to me, a mother in her 40s and a girl in high school. The mother said, ``Wow, it's so nostalgic! My daughter said happily, ``It really brings back memories♪'' Afterwards, I saw them taking commemorative photos of the ramen and spoons, and it felt so heartwarming that I almost cried. My daughter, who is probably in high school, probably ate Sugakiya ramen for the first time since she was in elementary school. This is the first time I've seen people so happy with just one bowl of ramen. That was the moment I realized how much Sugakiya was loved. Sugakiya's original ramen soup, which combines a pork bone base with Japanese-style soup stock, has a traditional taste that hasn't changed since its founding. The price is cheap and the char siu is delicious, but once you try it, it's so delicious that you won't be able to put it down. Kayaku rice is also famous and delicious, so we also recommend it.
