I stopped by Itami Airport on the way back from shooting on the bank of the Senri River. I was able to eat delicious okonomiyaki made by the proprietress, who claims to have cooked 20,000 pork balls so far. Sodon (a mix of yakisoba and udon) from the original menu was a dish where you can enjoy the difference between the chewiness of udon and the texture of yakisoba.

A shop that is probably loved by locals. The ingredients were the biggest I've ever eaten, and I was extremely satisfied. The dashimaki egg is very reasonable at 300 yen, but the taste is delicious, and the proprietress' atmosphere is great! I would like to use it again.
