More Comments at Google MapThe food here is awesome and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Value for money. This was a great place for first time okonomiyaki eaters! Highly recommended!!
Visited on a weekday evening. We visited just as it was pouring down, so there weren't many customers coming and going, so we were able to relax. I was guided to the counter and ordered beer and the recommended pork and yakisoba. Sip a draft beer and watch the food being prepared. The oil cake is slowly fried, but after the cabbage and noodles are added, it is suggested that the sasser and fire be used. Thanks to that, the cabbage was crunchy, the noodles were hard at first, and then I enjoyed the contrast between the soft part and the crispy part with the sauce burnt. As the abura-kasu is cooked, it gradually melts and soaks into the noodles and ingredients, making it even more delicious. The heat conduction of the iron plate is very different from that at home, but it seems that the secret to deliciousness is not to mess with the ingredients too much. It was very delicious. Thank you for the meal.
Second visit. Although it's far from home, I can't forget the okonomiyaki here and keep coming back. This is one of the few places I go back to from a faraway place. Not only the chewy and heavy yakisoba, but also the extremely ungainly-looking okonomiyaki (because the ingredients are almost the same) is irresistibly delicious. There are sweet and dry sauces, but choose the dry one! The sauce is not spicy but rich and goes well with okonomiyaki. Negiyaki is even more ungainly, but you can eat it refreshingly with ponzu sauce. I'm really satisfied.
