Sakai, Osaka, Japan｜Ebisuya

A good old Osaka okonomiyaki restaurant with only counter seats, directly connected to the platform of the Hankai Line. The owner and proprietress are warm and kind. There are many regulars, and most of the customers order the thin yakisoba noodles and the specialty Ebisu-yaki sandwiched between ingredients. Even though it is small in size, it has a lot of volume.

It's run by a husband and wife, who were very nice. I think this price and taste is amazing even with corona and soaring wheat prices. It tasted just like the okonomiyaki made by my late grandmother, and it brought back a lot of memories. thank you very much! I will definitely go again!

I always have my senior take me, but it's really delicious! The famous "Ebisu-yaki" is the best! The crunchy noodles are irresistible! It's a little disappointing that the shop is small and the parking lot is far away, but it's worth going to eat!
