At Teppan Izakaya Komatsuya, I got the spicy mixed soba with seafood and pork bones♪ Okonomiyaki and teppanyaki are served, but since alcohol cannot be served due to the influence of Corona, it seems that they serve mazesoba and ramen at lunchtime. I want to support this kind of store! I got mixed soba immediately. The smell of seafood that smells softly, this seems to be expected. The noodles are chewy and often entwined with the sauce. It's not as spicy as it looks, but it's really delicious! This is one of the top 3 Mazesoba I've ever had! I was very surprised by the quality! If you add spicy powder to make it taste strange, it will be perfect for me who likes spicy food~ After that, if you add a little vinegar to your liking, it will change to a refreshing taste.
