More Comments at Google MapA beautiful shop with delicious Hiroshima-yaki. There are also a la carte dishes and teppanyaki, so it's nice to have a meal with a beer in hand.
This is a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Hiroshima-yaki, not okonomiyaki. The big difference between Hiroshima-yaki and Osaka's okonomiyaki is that the batter and ingredients are layered without mixing. Hiroshimayaki is made by rolling out the dough into a thin crepe shape, layering a large amount of cabbage, toppings, and soba on top, then layering the dough again, and apparently all the ingredients are sourced from Hiroshima. The aluminum-like iron plate on the counter is custom-made, 2cm thick, and has been specially processed. Apparently, they cook it without adding oil, so they don't feel hungry after eating it. In fact, my stomach felt refreshed even after eating 👌 It's very delicious so I recommend it, but I think it's okay if you go prepared because Oba-chan has a strong personality 😅
It is a shop where you can taste authentic Hiroshima-yaki, not Hiroshima-style, which is run by an elderly couple. Auntie is funny and you can enjoy chatting (laughs) If you add green onion topping, they will really put it on you (laughs) It's a taste that makes you want to eat again ♪
