Higashiosaka, Osaka, Japan｜Manpukutei

I ate Manpuku-yaki and Celebrity-yaki. I can't forget the shock I felt when I ate it for the first time at the end of March, so this is my second visit. It was worth the 5 hours to come. As expected, it's delicious. Super delicious. Speaking of okonomiyaki, I wanted to try Manpuku-tei's okonomiyaki, which goes beyond what you'd find in Osaka or Hiroshima. ︎ It smells so good even before you put it in your mouth. When you put it in your mouth, it has a soft and gentle texture. The taste of beef tendon can be felt in the slight sweetness of the dough. The cabbage is sweet and the green onions are delicious. Even though you can taste the deliciousness of each ingredient, there is an indescribable sense of unity. Until I ate it for the second time, I wanted to eat that delicious okonomiyaki again. After eating there for the second time, I want to come back even though I'm still inside the restaurant. I'm happy to have found such okonomiyaki. In this era, raw materials and utility costs are soaring. I feel like the price is not commensurate with the quality of the materials and how they are made. Serious general, please don't think too much about your customers and raise your prices appropriately. And don't push yourself too hard, but please keep going for a while! The okonomiyaki was fluffy and delicious. Geso and Zuri were the best. The owner was kind and interesting, and we had a good conversation and had a fun meal. I came to Osaka from Ehime, and I would definitely like to eat here when I come again.

There was an event at the Cultural Creation Center, so my partner asked me to try okonomiyaki from Kansai (from Higashiosaka due to the influence of morning dramas), so I stopped by after looking at the reviews on Google. When I entered the restaurant, the owner said to me in a friendly manner, ``Wait a minute, I'll clean up right away,'' and I looked at the extensive menu while waiting for a table to become available. Although I was attracted to Hiroshima-yaki and special grilled udon noodles, I decided on okonomiyaki suji-tama and green onion Western food (with pork kimchi). I've always loved okonomiyaki, and I've been eating all kinds of delicious okonomiyaki in my hometown and around Osaka, where I spent time at university. I was excited to see what kind of okonomiyaki I would find this time. The green onion Western food was brought to us first, with some consideration, such as, ``Wouldn't it be better to serve them at the same time?'' The chewy dough envelops the aroma of the bottom and the sweetness of vegetables such as green onions, while the egg is wrapped around the top. The taste of the kimchi inside was also good, and I was glad I came here. Then, when I had eaten about half of it, the okonomiyaki sujidama arrived. It is plump, round and has a beautiful shape. When you take a bite, hmm! ? The two of them looked at each other. The dough has a fluffy and gentle taste, but it's delicious, and it's crispy but not overcooked, and it's not overcooked yet is fragrant. And even though you can feel the deliciousness of the vegetables, the vegetables don't overpower you, creating an outstanding sense of unity. Furthermore, the sujidama is extremely delicious. I feel that it is carefully made. Whether it's Hiroshima or Kansai, this okonomiyaki is delicious! I was impressed. I told the owner that I would come again, and we both returned to the hotel very satisfied. However, I wanted to eat it right away, so I talked about going there tomorrow afternoon and returning home.I arrived the next morning thinking about it, but when I checked carefully, I found out that the restaurant opens at 5pm. The two of us are still excited, thinking that we wanted to eat there again today, that we would definitely go there if it were nearby, and that we were glad to have found such a wonderful restaurant.
