In the Showa era, okonomiyaki had a lumpy texture with a lot of flour, but the previous owner of this restaurant was the one who came up with a fluffy okonomiyaki with a lot of cabbage. Although he has passed away, he taught at ``Okonomiyaki Classroom'' and helped many people open their own shops. The family still maintains the taste and atmosphere.
