Osaka, Japan｜Tengu Okonomiyaki

Awesome local place recommended to us by an Osaka native. Owner was friendly and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a great local experience. He even let us customize it based on my dietary restrictions!

Taste exactly the same as 5 years ago and still as amazing. I ordered modanyaki, which is okonomiyaki added with udon, and negiyaki, which is okonomiyaki but with a lot of spring onions. I think the sauce, the batter, the veggies, and everything else taste just right. I love this place and will be back for sure when I’m in town. The owner, Tetsu-san, is also very friendly and fun. It’s a good and enjoyable dining experience.

The food was amazing, the owner spoke a little bit of English that was enough for us to understand what to order, loved it!
