I went to Marufuku for the first time in a while, which is located in the retro shopping district called Kamiji Ginza Shopping District. I ate Marufukuyaki, an okonomiyaki with tofu. Fluffy and melty with coarsely crushed tofu. This texture is addictive 🤫 Furthermore, the special sauce, which has a recipe that hasn't changed since ancient times, is spicy and just right. Both the dough and the sauce are perfect! It was a fairly large piece, but it was surprisingly light. So I finished it with plenty of time to spare. The yakisoba, oden, and gyoza were also delicious! Thank you for the meal! I enjoyed talking with the proprietress and the regular customers, and I was able to enjoy the good old Showa feeling! I want to try grilled green onions and grilled pork, so I would like to go again! It looks like they are open for takeout and lunch.

I ordered squid balls and yakisoba. It was so delicious!

I visited it for the first time yesterday, and it's a sister store to the Marufuku store in Mototsuruhashi (which still exists today), and it's run by an older sister who used to play there when I was a child.It was amazing. I was happy to be able to meet you after such a long time! I think it's a good restaurant with an extensive menu and low prices that's worth going to.
