Uenoshiba is known as one of the most luxurious residential areas in Sakai. ``Nonzaru'', which stands in a corner of Uenoshiba, is a modern-day neo-standing bar. The store is bright and stylish, and is popular in the neighborhood for its style, where people of all ages and genders can enjoy anything from a light drink to after-hours drinks! In fact, on this day, there were more young people and women than you would imagine at a typical standing bar. First, try the fresh fish sashimi here. In addition to the standard menu, the seasonal menu of the day was written on the blackboard of the store. On this day, we had “red tuna from Katsuura,” “tataki bonito from Kochi,” “scallops from Hokkaido,” and “firefly squid with vinegar miso!” All of them were shiny and looked delicious, but the tuna from Katsuura was especially delicious. The fatty texture and thick slices...it's sure to be delicious. When I come here, I definitely want to order sashimi. Another thing that I personally found delicious was the plump shrimp mayo. The shrimp are plump and live up to the name of the menu, and the seasoning goes well with the sauce. This is a masterpiece that will make your beer flow! In addition to fish-based ate There is also a wide selection of meat-based dishes such as roast beef, sujipon, and red sausage. I wanted to try some more fried food! Next time, let's try some fried food. You can also taste and compare craft beers here! It’s definitely fun 😳 The lineup seems to change depending on the day, but ``Toyojun'' was my favorite because it had a beautiful aftertaste and was delicious. There were also quite a variety of Japanese sake! I can't help but drink too much of this... I must mention the master's warm personality. I feel that the regular customers are attracted to the owner's soft-spoken and friendly personality. The sense of distance between them and the customers is also appealing. It was a shop full of kindness that warmly welcomed everyone.
