Visited as a tourist, searched for 'bar' on maps near Tenma and found this place with high reviews, although I don't think many tourists have reviewed this place so let me be a first. I don't know if it's just my dumb luck, but I've stumbled upon a few places like this in Japan, and it makes my whole trip the more worthwhile. Small, cosy, and dim lighted, a classy cigar bar with an even classier host who ensures you're treated as royalty. A master of his trade, looking to serve his customers like no other. He can speak English well but also used his translator to ensure a great conversation to ensure I wasn't kept to myself. As a solo traveller, this was one of the most gratifying things I've ever experienced: the definition of a true gentleman. I hope to come back tomorrow night, but regardless, I know it won't be the last time. It's inspired me to become fluent in Japanese just so I could have a conversation with the man. As I stated in somewhat broken Japanese at the time; I'm grateful for the experience - thanks for the hospitality, good sir.

An authentic bar in Ogimachi. You can enjoy delicious sake made by a handsome master in a calm space. The master is from a hotel bar and is a cocktail contest winner. When I saw them making it, I saw that they were making it carefully, using many types of ice. The attention to detail can be seen even in the smallest details. I'll find time again! ! !

If I want to drink in Ogimachi, I often use this bar after work. This restaurant is run by owner Shimada, who also runs Dekita in Tenma and the wine bar Lakyube in Nakanoshima.They have a lot of alcoholic beverages, including rum, so I recommend drinking rum. sea ​​bream!
