As October came to an end, the nights 🌃 became a little colder and I started craving hot pot 🍲, so I went to "Ajihira" in Fukushima to eat blowfish 🐡 for the first time in a while! There are two types of courses, and the upper course comes with fried chicken and tessa, so I ordered the Ajihei (upper) course (¥8,000). For the first drink, I toasted with Kakuhai 🥃✨ While picking at the parboiled skin that came with it (the chewy texture was also refreshingly delicious) 🥃 I downed the highball and ordered a bottle of white wine for my second drink. The tessa has arrived, so I pick it with my chopsticks and enjoy it with white wine~🙇The tessa is so delicious!The ponzu sauce here is delicious, hmm...The ponzu sauce here seems to be homemade...I took it out. As I was drinking wine and thinking, "Wow, that's great!", the fried blowfish arrived soon after. This is also delicious, it feels a little moist rather than dry, and it comes with two types of salt, and in addition to regular salt, there is also curry salt, so eating it with this makes it even more delicious! 😆 It's finally time to eat! The ingredients are simple: Chinese cabbage, enoki mushrooms, green onions, shirataki mushrooms, tofu, and blowfish. The ingredients are cooked in a pot to remove the scum, then soaked in ponzu sauce with plenty of green onions and grated maple leaves. !And drink it! 🍷 Fugu is delicious. Vegetables also go well with ponzu sauce. I ended up adding more vegetables and blowfish, and of course I finished the rice porridge! When I want to eat blowfish, the first thing that comes to my mind is ``Ajihei'' or Juso's ``Fukadon'', which are the classics for me.Ajihei has a very clean interior and every booth. The blowfish is separated so you can enjoy it in a calm space without having to worry about those around you.The fugu is very delicious and very satisfying! It's going to get colder and colder from now on, so if you want to eat blowfish again, I thought I'd come visit you! It was Gottsuan!

I ordered a la carte instead of the course. It's very, very, very delicious. I didn't expect the deep-fried blowfish to be so juicy, fluffy, and delicious. Fillet sake also tastes good. You can get a cheap refill of alcohol while keeping the fin in it. It's cheaper and more delicious than eating in Umeda, so I talked about coming back with a friend I don't like.

I visited you at the end of the year! The tetsato karaage course was exceptional. Everything is just right, taste and quantity are perfect. This is a store that I want to go to every year when it gets cold! I will repeat!
