More Comments at Google MapThis was our first time eating wild puffer fish and it was great. It takes about 13 minutes to walk from the hotel, and you can see the street view of Umeda along the way. The cold pufferfish skin has a chewy texture. The pufferfish sashimi is thicker and tougher than expected. It goes well with yuzu soy sauce. The bone-in pufferfish meat is put into the pufferfish collagen soup. The fish tastes very firm. In the end, the waiter will Rice and eggs are added to the soup, and served with seaweed and pickles. It's delicious, and vegetables are included in the set meal. After we sat down, we found that we were surrounded by locals spending money. The restaurant was in a commercial street. When we were looking for it, we made it clear that it was suitable for couples to go on a date and for colleagues to have dinner together. The service is good. Thanks to Mr. Hiraki and Ms. Tokuda for their help. They are patient, smiling, and have no problem communicating in English. The overall taste is light, so the freshness of the ingredients and the combination of dipping sauces become the soul of the puffer fish trip.
Sashimi, tsumami, deep Fried, grilled - every which human way to taste this delicacy was available at this place. I was amazed at the varying textures and taste I experienced. I liked it. Thank you Osaka!
Had my first fugu experience here, and a great one! Had a lot of help from the servers with the cooking of fugu in hotpot, as well as the porridge. Food tastes wonderful too!
