Just the best simple Japanese cooking. Stick to the grilled fish and you won't be disappointed. Late afternoon avoids the crowds. They have multilingual tablets or you can just talk to the waitress in Japanese. Worth every penny. (yen).

Ootoya serves one of the most authentic, no frills Japanese meals. Feels so home-cooked! I also like their drink bar. Very good place for families with young children.
