There is no set menu for lunch, just a single item. This time I had the other bowl and small udon. The stranger bowl that was served was a bowl of beef topped with egg, but it was extremely delicious. First of all, we use good quality beef that has no odor. It may be from America, but the meat we use is so good that you wouldn't know it was domestically produced. Also, the eggs are not the usual egg-flavored ones, but have a slight egg flavor, so when I asked the wife if they were eggs mixed with dashi soup, she said yes. They also use the highest quality eggs. It's fluffy and doesn't get hard even when cooked, and is delicious with just the right amount of seasoning. Also, the udon and noodles are said to be specially ordered noodles. It was originally a udon restaurant, and the udon noodles and soup stock for the bowls are both rich and delicious. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy the best local cuisine in this area.
I usually have lunch here. A set of rice bowl and mini udon is 650 yen, which is a great deal. The udon noodles are hand-stretched and smooth, just the right amount of softness. The soup is delicious and you can choose cold. The set bowls are tempura rice bowl, katsu and rice bowl, shrimp tempura egg rice bowl, and other rice bowls that you have experienced so far. The shrimp is plump, the cutlet is thick, and the domestic beef in the other rice bowl is also delicious. I've asked for eggs for oden, but it's delicious with a thin soup stock. It's hard to get rid of seasonal items, and I'm always worried. I was curious about the curry set with 2 mini udon and oden, but the rice bowl set was too attractive to choose, but when I went late, there was a time when the rice bowl set was sold out, so I finally tried it. It's a size that occupies half of a table for 4 people, but the rice is thinly served, so I don't think you'll be able to eat it all. The curry is well cooked and the ingredients are melted, and the level is high. The oden was excellent with both eggs and fried tofu ♪ Somen experience using raw noodles that occasionally line up.
