Osaka University canteen in the engineering faculty. They provide halal menu and changed every several days. Going here around 11 am and you will find many students eating here, sign of affordable and tasty food. You can order the food by pointing it in front of the staff. Drinks such as water and tea are free.

The officer is not good in english but they tried hard to explain me when i want to buy a shinkansen pass.. service excellent, no doubt
