More Comments at Google MapYakitori Daikichi has been a chain restaurant for over 40 years since its establishment, and the owner personally purchases fresh ingredients, skewers them himself, and cooks and serves them in front of the customers. The couple is managing the place. Izakaya chains have been hit hard by the effects of the new coronavirus, but Yakitori Daikichi is still doing well. The number of stores is 640, which is actually more than Torikizoku, making it the number one yakitori chain in Japan. I feel like I can kind of understand why. I feel relieved. I feel like I've come home. I try not to eat too much beer and yakitori, but I can't help but order the yakitori. I'll come back later.
Even among Daikichi, a major yakitori chain, the taste is exceptional. I come to the store twice a week, and the clientele ranges from a single young woman to elderly people, groups of college students, and families. There are a lot of local regulars, and if you've been there a few times, you'll naturally become familiar with them (lol). The shop owner, BOSS, and staff, Chika-chan, are very friendly and make you feel at home. I always come here because it's so comfortable. Recommended menu items are chicken wings and meatballs! Please try it with salt!
I've been coming here for many years because there are a lot of families, avecs, and female customers, and it's a place where even solo women can drink with peace of mind. The store manager BOSS, who is a fan of Ei-chan, is cool and very attentive, and the store clerk, Chika-chan, is also cheerful (Chika-chan works for Intel, so she quickly remembers customer preferences and other things!), which is very nice. It's great, and both young and old people can drink it in a homely atmosphere, so I always enjoy drinking it.
