Osaka, Japan｜torisyo hozumi

It was featured on TV and looked really delicious, so I made a reservation and go there two or three times a year. The owner is also kind and it's a comfortable shop. This is my favorite store.

This is a yakitori restaurant where you grill your own meat over charcoal. I come here several times a month, but sometimes even on weekdays I can't get in unless I call to confirm availability, so I think it's best to make a reservation a week or so in advance if possible. This is my favorite restaurant because whatever I order is delicious.
