More Comments at Google MapI went to Torimasa, a yakitori restaurant in Sumiyoshi Ward, Osaka. I wanted to eat yakitori, so I was looking for a good restaurant and it had good reviews on Google, so I went to this restaurant. The shop has a long-established atmosphere and seems to have been around for a long time. The store seems to have a counter and a tatami room on the second floor. This time we ate at the counter. The first thing I ordered was the tataki seaweed. The crunchy texture and the spiciness of the yuzu pepper go very well together. Next is seared duck with green onions, which has the unique sweetness of duck. I like the moist texture and green onion ponzu sauce. The potato butter is unusual and also comes with salted fish. The skin is crispy and has lots of butter. It seems that each person can only order one skin. The skin here is quite large, and I've never seen anything like this before. In addition to this, I ordered green onion meat, Kimo, Kokoro, Nitori bowl and Tori soba. Tori soba is a light soy sauce-based ramen. It's very good for finishing. The quality of the bird was very good. It was a very high-quality shop! Thank you for the meal!
This is my favorite yakitori restaurant. Anyway, it's cheap and delicious. The master seems a little shy, but is liked by the regulars. I'm a master who loves motorcycles, similar to Ebizo. The shop is run by the master, mother, wife, and part-time ladies. It gets crowded after 7pm. There is a tatami room on the second floor. A variety of customers come, from those who come alone to those who come in groups. I always order a half course, a few individual items, and always order rice porridge to top it off. This always makes my stomach happy and full. It's a restaurant that will fill you up and be kind to your wallet.
The chicken sashimi platter and grilled dishes are also great. You can relax at the table seats on the second floor, but you'll want to have your pottery freshly prepared at the counter. The counter is often fully booked, so we recommend making reservations early.
