Today's lunch is~🐓 I went to Naoshima in Minamihorie, Osaka! ◆Cooking Mr. Naoshima's fried chicken set meal is something your body craves on a regular basis. The juicy chicken thighs are covered in crunchy batter and have a strong flavor that goes well with the rice. The Japanese pepper and shichimi on the table give it a nice tangy taste. My recommendation is fried chicken eaten with potato salad as a dip. It's very filling and I'm very satisfied. ◆Interior/atmosphere At night, you can watch the yakitori being grilled over charcoal over the counter as you drink. I got a yakitori platter (750 yen) and raw small (290 yen)! The meat is fresh and plump and delicious! ! It feels like a waste to grill it, so next time I will eat it as sashimi!
