Was looking for lunch place and stumbled on this Yakitori restaurant. Place was quiet, lady staff was very attentive and pleasant, very helpful in guiding us to order. The beef and chicken was grilled nicely and tasty, well seasoned. Fantastic place and would recommend, very affordable as well.

"Yakitori no Hinata" recently opened near Akahashi. (They are closed only during the year-end and New Year holidays, and seem to be open all day from lunch.) This is a store that has never existed in Ishibashi before, and there seem to be several in the Hokusetsu area. Honestly cheap and delicious ♥️ I didn't have great customer service, but I had no complaints and it was comfortable. If you order alcohol, you will receive free refills of cabbage. Enjoy signature yakitori, beef skewers, pork skewers, tataki, torikara, chicken soup, etc. We also had the famous charcoal-grilled yakitori bowl for takeout.
