By purchasing under contract from a reliable poultry farm, we are able to purchase extremely fresh chicken and benefit from it. First of all, I ordered thigh meat tataki. Kokoro, Zuri, Kimo can be thought of as an iron plate because of the base of freshness! The richness of the umami of the seseri and bonjiri is due to the high quality of the chicken, which is raised in an environment and feed that is creative and ingenious!
