At lunchtime, this restaurant serves ramen.Of the 4 types of ramen available, I ordered Seiji, which seemed to suit my taste the most. It was cheap at 50 yen plus for a large bowl of noodles, so if you order a large bowl of noodles, you get free rice at lunch time, so I got that as well, and it ended up being quite filling. The most important part, the ramen, has a wonderfully springy texture, and the soup has a slightly thick, umami-rich, nutritious taste. The crunchy, sweet onions add a nice refreshing touch to the thick soup. It also comes with two large pieces of char siu, so you can make it into a homemade char siu bowl by adding the free rice and pouring a little soup over it to make it a complete dish. I would definitely like to try other dandan noodles as well. This is a recommended drink even in the Minamimorimachi area. When it comes to ramen in the Minamimorimachi area, I'm really grateful that there is a restaurant that serves seriously delicious ramen other than the miso ramen king, Jump-tei, which closed down at the end of June. Lunch time is a bit short (until 2:00 pm), so I am often unable to attend due to work commitments, but this restaurant is one of the best in the Minamimorimachi area.
