I'm glad I didn't cut corners on the seasoning properly! The freshness of raw shirasu is also much better than expected! Surprisingly, the soy sauce on the table is also made by Higeta! Personally, I thought it could be a little less sweet, but the soy sauce-based seasoning goes well with the seafood. It was fine, but it was also nice that the ginger used as a condiment was a proper grated ginger. I definitely want to repeat!
