This set meal came with rice, miso soup, dried daikon radish, and the main course, salmon. The salmon had just the right amount of salt, and the charcoal had a nice aroma, making it completely different from the fish I usually eat. It was very delicious. It seems that fish is the main shop, but I ordered "Chicken ginger grilled set meal". I've never seen ginger grilled chicken before, so I was curious and ordered it. It's pretty delicious when you try it. The chicken is moderately soft and the taste of ginger is a nice accent. From now on, I thought it would be a good idea to try making ginger-grilled chicken at home. The only thing that bothered me was that tea was not brought to the seat. Just fill the teacup in front of you with water from a nearby pot. I thought that I would like to drink tea because it is mainly Japanese food.
