it's one of my favourite stores You can eat seasonal vegetables only in season. Thinking about what I can eat this month I'm heading to the store There are many creative dishes made with vegetables that you would never think of. It's really delicious no matter what you eat It's far from my house, so I can only go there once in a while, but honestly, I'd like to go there every day (^-^)

We offer many original menus using seasonal vegetables. No matter what season you visit, spring, summer, fall or winter, you're sure to find something you like. My recommendations are oven-roasted whole onions, vegetable nigiri sushi, and asparagus spring rolls with plum sauce. I was shocked when I ate it for the first time, and since then I have ordered it every time I visit. The owner was also friendly and we were able to spend a relaxing time even as a couple. The young staff working there are also very professional, and it's hard to believe that they are Matsubara. lol Whether you go with your parents, grandparents, or partner, you're sure to love it.
