Everything I ate was delicious. A Modern Mix of Chin Meat, Tonpei, and Photography Crispy yet juicy. I want to go again.

The signature menu is Ginchan-yaki, which is grilled mixed hormones, and the seasoning of Tecchan and Kamimino sauce is perfect! The hormones are also exquisite.
