Very nice food and atmosphere. We don't speak much Japanese but the chef was able to explain to us what everything was and where the ingredients came from. Very good for a date or celebration meal.

I had a lunch of 6500 yen. A restaurant where the chef is particular about the ingredients, the dishes, and the tableware. It is said that the vegetables to be used are also purchased by the farmers themselves. Grilled vegetables and aged meat steaks using 5 kinds of seasonal vegetables were really delicious. Grilled vegetables are simply eaten with salt. The degree of grilling that brings out the sweetness of the vegetables is exquisite. Aged meat has less oil and moisture, so the taste of the meat comes out with a sizzle. I was impressed that the meat was so delicious. Of course, the other dishes that came out were also delicious. I also enjoyed chatting with the chef. I wanted to come again at night. Thank you very much for your time. The price is high, but the cost performance is good. However, it feels like you get a small amount of good stuff, so I think it's not suitable for those who want a solid steak. Such a person should suddenly go to steak. There are disappointing reviews, but I think it just didn't suit that person.

The explanations are easy to understand and you can feel the dedication! They let me choose vegetables from a treasure chest, made it easy for me to take pictures of the meat, and even showed me a video of me grilling the meat on the burner.The service spirit was great! Not only the food, but also the desserts, coffee, and tea are all delicious! By far the best restaurant I've been to recently! ! ! ! ! I want to give more than 5 stars! ! ! ! ! I will go again!
