When I first entered the store, I was surprised because it looked like a normal office. The staff at the store are very courteous. Of course the taste is delicious. My favorite is shrimp.

The persimmon leaves here are the most delicious! In addition to mackerel, there are salmon, sea bream, conger eel, and shrimp, and once you start eating them, you won't be able to stop eating them!

The shop is unassuming, but each item is carefully made, giving it a warm and nostalgic feel. Mackerel has ginger, salmon has yuzu or lemon, and sea bream and conger eel have their own twists. Delicious persimmon leaf sushi that is easy to eat and has a pleasant texture. The slightly sweet sushi rice blends well with the toppings, making it so delicious that you can't help but eat more and more.
