The best sushi experience. Friendly chef Hirako and superb sushi. Would rate 6 stars if I could. This is the true omakase, must try when in Osaka. Funny and friendly Chef Hirako will make you laugh whole night. Price is not too expensive for the quality. Came for our anniversary dinner a surprise for my wife. Will be my first stop if I'm back in osaka. Make sure you reserve early.

Best sushi I ever had, possibly the best meal I ever had. Sushi Yoshi isn't your typical sushi restaurant. The chef serves more than just edo-mae style sushi. He combines different ingredients to make the most delicious dishes. The sushi chef is also a super cool guy. There was a couple who came in an hour late and he still served them, even making up for the dishes they missed. That is great service. He is also able to speak some English and is very friendly. The bill could become quite steep though. We were a party of 3 and we each drank 2 glasses of sake as well as a few glasses of water. The bill came out to just around $1000. However, for a 2-star Michelin restaurant, it is well worth it.

One of the best sushi (and much more) restaurants in the world. The Michelin Guide defines a 3 star restaurant as one where one should travel from anywhere in the world to visit. After our first time there, we travelled again to Osaka from Europe just to go back. Amazing!
