Osaka, Japan｜Gassanyu Sushi

The shop owner and chef are vey nice even to a foreign traveler. The shop is small and local but full with kindness and hospitality. The menu is not in English but I was lucky enough to be there with the friend of the chef who can speak English very fluently. We had a lot of great conversation and the chef was so kind to offer me a free trial of Shimesaba sushi. Highly recommended!
