A sushi restaurant in front of the east exit of Shijonawate Station Although the inside of the store is small, it has a homely and comfortable feel. The soft boiled squid I received as a side grabbed my stomach first. I was hooked by the deliciousness of the tuna in the sashimi platter Salt-grilled sweetfish, steamed dobin, Kumamoto horse sashimi🥰, grilled swordfish sushi, scallops topped with sea urchin, abalone nigiri, and more! ! ! I received delicious food one after another, and along the way I was so focused on eating that I forgot to take pictures. The earthenware pot steamed soup was seasoned with a good dashi stock, bringing out the aroma of the daikon radish and matsutake mushrooms, and the toppings, including lily bulbs, shrimp, and surimi, were a feast for the eyes. And the horse sashimi is exquisite. It's been a while since I had really delicious horse sashimi. The conversation between the owner and the chef was interesting, and the wife was very attentive, so it was a nice shop.

I visited at lunch time. The storefront may be difficult for first-timers to enter, but once inside, you will feel at home. It's an old fashioned sushi restaurant. I had Unaju for lunch. There was a volume and there was a response to eating. It was free of charge. After all, eating at a sushi restaurant increases the special feeling. 990 yen is easy because it includes a dish and dessert. The soup was amazing, the soup stock was great, and the fish was delicious. I want to go again.
